Drop the mission, retake the mission, enter the transport, watch the cut scene, enter the hangar bay and...

Nothing to do

Is there supposed to be an enemy? A shiny door? Something?

I will admit that I was perplexed when I first did this mission also. You have to find a door that you need to destroy. It won't glow since you don't "use" it but destroy it with your attack powers.

I found it by swinging the camera to the other side of it, then I used AoE attack to destroy it.

Didn't see it as targetable at all with my free form character and neither did my friend, even though we both went up to it a few times and I was clicking everywhere.

It was not super obvious at first but I figured it out...mostly because I thought, surely there must be something here that will allow me to proceed!
