...RIFT with me ;)

It has a great skill system that, while categorized by 4 classes, is pretty much freeform in that you can pick and choose your powers within each of the 4 classes.

Anyway.. I'm sure this will get deleted for not being CO related, but whatever. It takes mods at least a week to "ninja" a thread in this subsection.

I'm playing on the EU Typhiria server. Sometimes Green and Drimp will log on, there. Already out leveled those newbs, though! :tongue:

OH AND THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS GAME
is it has Oculus Rift support. YEs. Sword Art Online is happening.

    Abandon All Ships!

    I'm too busy for either currently but it was me and green who got him to come over to rift. Malware wasn't coming back to CO either way. As always I'll probably pop on from time to time but until there's new powers for me to play around with I've pretty much done everything that isn't the new random PvE content they added. And I never really liked power armour stuff, it's too sticky to use in PvP.

    Rift is pretty fun and it's technically "free" atleast it's easier on f2p'ers than CO IMO. Fact is I can't see any changes coming in recent times that will interest me for CO. The new powers were too obviously designed so they didn't affect PvP what-so-ever. And apart from those there was some PvE content (which is good but doesn't affect me in any way) with some more vehicle stuff which I don't see any point in...

    OH and the fact they released a Bollocks called "clockwork" which made me think it'd be some cool clock designed steam punk thing and it turned out to look like a generic sci-fi **** that you could probably already make a look of out of current parts. Oh and the vehicle could of been really cool if it was actually clockwork steampunk'y.

    The thing is if you wanna give it a try you can download a very small amount and be able to get in game while the rest is still downloading. It's pretty useful.

    Played RIFT for awhile. Invasions are fun. Mix and matching sub-classes is a neat feature. Everything that's expected of a high fantasy MMORPG is there, albeit with sort of steampunkish flair. I recommend it especially now that it's f2p.
