This is a very simple question:

How big is the Steel Crusade pt 1 patch?

Because I hafta know how long I need to keep my pc running to patch it up

    Took me about 2 minutes to dl.

    No idea. But it's nothing awesomly fast.
    CO patches aren't huge.

    Haha some patches are very big. The "Reloaded" patch took me half an hour I think

    470mb is the patch but thats not what you need to download. Keeping tabs on my internet usages it said the download was 120mb. ( It gets downloaded then the launcher unpacks it )

    I didn't know dial-up still existed, how do you play with such a slow connection speed?

    That's the DOWNLOAD speed. My net speed is 80mb/s
