No but really I recorded a video for anyone who can't get on the PTS (silvers) which you can see here:

The knockback is an advantage you can add and happens if you charge over half way. I don't really think I'll be using it and it probably won ever see the light of PvP but seems like it could be fun to use in PvE.

Champions Online.. where we sell lockboxes by the dozen.
It's the only one with any real theme to it, the other one is a hybrid form that builds off getting killing blows.
There is also a new advantage to Lock and Load where you can recharge it by using melee powers. (I'm pretty sure this is a new thing at least) Every hit of a melee power apparently takes off 1 second if I remember rightly.
Rocket Punch isn't actually a new power, it's an NPC power. It'd be nice it they would do the same for more NPC powers, I'm surprised they didn't use more for this new AT. The power seems fun to use atleast with the knock advantage on, it's kind of funny when you knock 5 NPC's that are in a line at the same time.
Also jewel I hope that idea never see's the light of a dev.

I'm also surprised it's only this one power.
The power itself is taken from Destroids.
Seems like no-brainer to scavenge also powers from become devices, like Black Talon. Or Lemurian PA. Or Cyberninjas.
Then AT itself could be a complete crap, but people would level it anyway only to have more toys unlocked for FFs.
Actually, I think average performing AT that works mostly as a gallery of new powers to be picked for Ffs would be the best solution. This way you don't end handing for free something that might undermine reason for paying for FFs or premium ATs.
So you might as well shoot the Tactical Missile.

So pretty much the only new thing they have actually added is the form? Seeing as the power was taken from an NPC and is pretty much a blatant copy and paste of tactical missile anyway. (it's energy numbers are exactly the same) Ah well, they made it so the new form can't be used in PvP too by doing it based off killing blows.

If this "epic" AT will not be completely overhauled before being released, you will do better with the Invincible instead.
Or literally anything performing better than RA. Like the Impulse, for an example.
But really, better purchase the Invincible. It's a good AT.

They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends
But I'm only basing off the video. There really aren't a whole lot of powers in the game, from what I've seen, anyway, that can use those two costume parts without looking really stupid - "Im firing my beam at you, despite my gun aiming at space!"
Why do the Fire All Weapons missiles come out of your legs?
Also, if you use Rocket Punch with the Warlord Gun hand, scaled to have a wide barrel, you might get a decent looking cannon power.

I was actually thinking of using this one but I thought the lyrics were a bit dark. Really I've never actually read the lyrics for that song it's really messed up.

As for the original topic, I would like to see more of the NPC powers become usable powers. Saying that I'd also like to see current powers fixed.

Haha yeah AVANNA has a great portal sound.
Porter Robinson used her for one of his songs here. It's pretty nicely done actually, shows that vocaloid can actually be used in a duet with an actual voice pretty well.

Depends on the country and the gen. But yeah Gen1 Starscream was a female http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Gender-switch_characters when the west dubbed the cartoon they screwed up the voice thinking she was male. This has worked its way into 'Formers cannon http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Slipstream_%28Animated%29 so now Starscream's gender is what ever Starscream feels it should be :P
Ironicly Starscream was my fave toy when I was a kid :P
Starscream can make other Transformers dues to his ( or hers ) indestructable spark. He can take bits of his spark and put it in other things.

No, it do not depends on the country and continuity. I don't know where you found this anectdote about him being supposed to be female, but it's completely made up.
Generation 1 Starscream is and always was male. TFA continuity is not from G1 continuity family.
G1 Starscream, as he was created by Bob Budiansky in 1984, was "male" both in Sunbow G1 cartoon and Marvel G1 comic books.

His G1 bios for both Hasbro toys and Marvel comics were written as "he", not "she". Both were written by Budiansky who was Marvel writer assigned to creating Transformers mythos.
Screamer was also voiced by male actor, Chris Latta.
There was never any ambivalency about Starscream being a guy when G1 cartoons and books were produced. Pretty much everything was set by Jim Shooter and Bob Budiansky in their production bible, and Hasbro approved.
Moreover, both Thundercracker and Skywarp were also "males" (airquotes because in theory they were stated to be genderless, but male pronouns were used for them in both cartoon and comic books).
"Female" seeker was purely fanfiction until Slipstream was added to canon, but Slipstream was Starscream's clone only in TFA series, otherwise she's completely independent character.
Budiansky did try to put some female characters into G1 series, but was vetoed by Hasbro who back then did not want girl characters in series made for selling toys for boys. It took them only two decades to notice that girls also may want robot toys, but Hasbro never was quick to react, lol.
But the character who was originally supposed to be a girl was... Autobot medic Ratchet.
Also, the first wiki you linked is terrible and built from material ripped from TFWiki supplemented by pure fanwank. They are even stealing caption boxes and images... Lol.
P.S.:
Starscream's spark also isn't canon outside of TFA continuity.
He had indestructible spark in the eighties G1 cartoon continuity, but it worked different way than in TFA.

Technically... It's not that simple.
Because by Hasbro every TF reboot is considered a separate continuity in the same multiverse, so Screamer's spark is immortal in G1 cartoon and TFA continuities, but not, for an example in G1 Marvel continuity (bots there have no sparks whatsoever), or not in TF Prime and IDW continuities. :P
Which is actually the best apporach to canon ever, as it cuts for good every fan war about of what is canon, and what is not.
Everything officially aproved by Hasbro is canon... But within its own continuity. Genius.
I don't really pay any attention to fandom discussions and fanon. With TF franchise if it's not official, it is very likely to be a fanfiction of the worst possible sort.
The girl in pink forgot to not use Firesnake indoors; meanwhile the Cryptic dev on the left is swinging a plaid cloth like 'lel, this is the model they wanted for Rocket Punch, right?'.
