3 points is a lot and a very awkward amount, if it was 4 points it'd be almost the same as there aren't many 1 point advantages which are any good on a typical pvp meta build and people usually want teleport on rank 3 if they are gonna rank it.
People don't expect anyone to use an actual block power in PvP past the default one and even that people rarely use unless they are smart / not super squishy. <_< (I only really block sometimes in mid air on super jumps as not moving and allowing people to target me wouldn't be good at all)

2)Concept build with just over 5K HP and fly XD so yeah.

One thing I was wondering though when I went through combat logs the damage showed as "Arc Lightning strikes for XXX (YYY)" with two numbersets. Any idea about that?

You mean the damage you were doing to others or most likely eve's damage on you? If you are asking what the numbers are the XXX is the final damage number and YYY is the damage before resistances. A lot of players will half the damage you deal most of the time if you don't f you don't have any resistance debuffs or aren't using int. 100% damage resistance is actually 50% meaning it halfs the damage by the way.
Pretty much everyone will have MD (masterful dodge) You can see when they have it up by looking at their buffs when you target them, hitting them while it is up it usually another half to damage due to their avoidance being at 50%. This means that your final damage number will hit 25% of what the number before resistance is on a player with 50% avoidance and 100% resistance.

Thanks! That's exactly what was happening then. I have MD and Unbreakable and debating on Ascenciion as I'd like to have a self-rez for Rampages (suppose I can just retcon it in as needed) but that helps a bit.

Malvan Emblem(Helmet), which is the only perception Gear left on live. Is, very useful in Hero Game match when opponent are using stealth/teleport. But you also have enough INT (like up to 400 INT) to see everything.
Legion is better on usual game.
And yeah fighting and killing SG-mates is the most fun thing in pvp :biggrin:
