No, really, that's something obvious.

Guy is a cosmic powered energy halberd wielding space brute warlord telepath.

He's straightforward, smashes things and would made a perfect rampage boss because he still should be on Earth or somewhere nearby. Plus, he just likes punching people when he's angry.

A perfect material for a rampage boss, plus he could drop some cosmic-styled costume parts.

I think Valak is beyond the scope of a simple Rampage boss.

Immensely powerful cosmic being who exists only to fight, smash, and destroy. As of February 2008 he's incarcerated in hot sleep in Stronghold.

This would put him on the same tier as Menton. Possibly.

Who should also be a Rampage boss.

After him being weakened by his hot sleep imprisonement, as of 6th ed, Valak falls into the same weight category as Gravitar and Menton. Actually, in point value he's slightly below them.
And officially nobody heard from him after his escape from Stronghold, so he can be anywhere.

Menton ought to be back to his proper Hispanic handsome self for a rampage.
His current model is far too silly for this role.

We need real open mission scope rampages for the real threats. And they cornered themselves with the Rampage system with how you get Justice Gear.

I seriously doubt Justice Gear is where it's going to end at, and honestly, they can make new ways to get new gear, so there really isn't any cornering going on. Justice Gear at best I see as a tide over until they make new stuff, something to make the new revamped Rampages worth doing, which of course many see as they weren't.

But with new primary gear possibilities and a whole field of secondary gear options possible, we know they can take it places as evidenced by the set pieces that are in the Q store and the set pieces from Nemesis. We have to wait and see what happens, but honestly, Alerts and Rampages as they are implemented, I think can safely be said is the one content that if things start rolling out and getting improved can be deleted from the game and something better introduced.

Several of the special alerts were well done, even if people disagree, and can be salvaged for a new and improved system. But most of the rest needs to be forgotten as it's just made people ignore the rest of the game as a whole, and created faster boredom than normal.
