Old Bug, Small Fix, Please do! (Stitched Plates Costume Piece)

So, I've been having a "redeemed villain" character bounce around in my head lately. I wanted to create a "redeemed" Ulfhednar from the Dogz gang - you know, the master-villain wolf-looking guys. So I was messing around in the character creator, when I ran into a bug I had found, but forgotten a while ago:
The "Stiched Plates" costume piece, used by the Dogz Ulfhednar with the beast legs, is not available for use with the beast legs in the character creator! It's a hips layer item, and is only usable with normal legs! I find this odd, especially, because you only see it used with beast legs on the Ulfhednar in the game.
Please, I plead with you: this is a very small request. Just make it available for use with beast legs. Let us know you hear us
