Feedback for ego blade regen idea

Hi there the title pretty much says it all I was playing the deadpool game a few days ago with some friends and we threw around some ideas for power combos and eventually came up with what if someone with someone with psylocke's psychic blades had crazy regeneration powers like deadpool and wolverine. Well we went on about it for awhile and some other but i couldn't get the idea out of my head and had to try and make it in champs. The build is meant for pve I know it's not the best ( I already caught a few mistakes I thought I changed in specializations ) , but like always any feedback or ideas for improvement is always appreciated.

    Unranked BCR isn't doing much for the build, but does come w a hefty 10% dps penalty. Prob would replace it w/ MD or Conviction (later fully raked, MD left unranked).

    TK Maelstrom already has a large radius- I'd prefer R3's higher dmg and stun, but ya can go either way on that.

    Would prob get more mileage from Dex SS over Rec SS here- heavy Ego gearing will give good energy returns from Ego Reverb, and ya can always gear a bit of Rec on the side as a non-SS for better equilibrium.

    Rest of it is mostly fine. Ya can add a few powers/debuffs to optimize the ego dmg, like mental storm or ER w/ ParaPara, but they are in diff powersets and require dropping other (non-attack) powers.

    Only other lingering flaw in this TK build is that ur gonna be knock-prone for a melee unit. There are a few ways to address that, but it may involve altering the build in ways ya won't like.

    Thanks I already thought about swapping out the rec ss another thing I missed that i thought i had changed before posting here. I'm already in the midst of messing with the build and changing somethings around I'll be sure to take your advice into consideration as I do

    made a few changes like you said I decided to remove ego blade breach to get another one of the powers flow suggested. I looked it over too and I honestly couldn't find a way to solve the knock back problem without messing with it too much lol I guess I'll have to deal with it I guess anyway here it is anything you think i can improve please feel free to let me know.

    looks pretty good to me.

    As far as the knock issues.. well there's always dropping Ego and taking Str PSS, and then also prob trading Mental Disp for FotT to help gain back some energy from dropping Ego for Ego Reverb. Due to STR PSS's juggernaut and TBD/AS loop, you wouldn't really lose too much dmg (mostly from a lower crit rate), and gain some knock resist and higher offense and defense.

    Other option is Con PSS's resilient in a CON/Dex/Ego setup, which will give ya some healing on crits, knock resist from Resilient w/ Con, and a bit more survivability.. though at a bigger hit to dps from mostly lower crit-based dmg.

    Still other option is using CoPD, but that's not very convenient for melee outside of Gravitar, I find.


    Ya can always pickup a block power and rank it up a bit. Blocking at the right time w/ a strong block power can mitigate many knock attempts if you are vigilant about it. Parry's Elusive Monk adv also provides a smaller innate knock resist benefit while using melee powers like TK blades (but for a 9-10% hit to dmg). Else, gearing a bit of Str on the side, even if its a non-SS and not providing much other benefit, can lower knocks a bit.. though that's prob not a very efficient means to go about it either.
