First, is the duration affected by anything, or is it fixed at 3 seconds?
Second, is it affected by Hold Resistance?
Third, how long does it take to activate after HP drops past 50%? Is it immediate, to the point of being able to stop a Gravitar Cascade-chain? Or does it take a while to trigger, making it possible for you to die before it takes effect?
