I got the Robotic Arms from the Lock Box but looking through the options of robotic arms I do not find them. Where are they in the editor?

You need to use left/right separately. Meaning 1st equip other and then other.

look under pharoah in the blue box, thats what they are listed under

chest> robotic arms on the top pull down menu
