Is it possible to buy the Alien Hybrid costume set?

It is in the Zen store for zero Zen, but whenever I try to buy it on any character, I get the same two error messages.

Is there some type of unlock requirement, or did Cryptic just forget to make the set buyable?

    I requires three stamps to unlock the set. You get the stamps from opening one of each lockbox from Foxbat, Steel Shadow and one that has yet to be announced.

    Ah, thank you. Do I need to turn the stamps to an NPC as well? Also since I need three of each, and only two lockboxes have stamps, does that mean I have to wait until the third lockbox is released to get the costume?

    The credit is automatic from opening just one of each box.

    is it still even possible to get the Foxbat lockbox? I tried checking the auction, but I don't think the lockboxes show up there...

    Yes, I just bought one, you have to set the levels to 0 - 0.

    I ought to check the price on Foxbat lockboxes sometime - I have a slew of them in my bank, just cluttering up the place.
