What's up with the edit avatar/manage groups page?

This is what I see:

And yes it's an Internet Exploder screenshot because I opened it in IE just in case it was a browser issue

    I had a similar issue with the forum itself just a few days ago. Must be a glitch.

    The page is just a header. It looks like someone may be editing the page/database at the moment and doesn't want anyone changing their profile.

    I wish they'd at least put up a placeholder page with Defender in some cheesy pose going "Watch out citizen! This site is under maintenance!"

    Black screens are just plain scary :frown:

    This. Incomplete pages should never be visible to the end users.

    Yea that works, I wanted to see the Manage Groups section though.
