    There are some things that are still in game like that. Specifically named mobs not tied to anything that isn't a cosmic. You can still get Necrull's Elixir for sample.

    I just mopped the floor with Necrull a while ago to see if I the Elixir drop. It didn't, but I expected that I won't get it on a single run. Gonna try a few more runs to see if it does drop. If it doesn't, well, at least I still get Q boxes.

    Too bad its a really crappy piece of gear.
    That was usually the problem with cool items back before On Alert--you would get a cool piece of gear with a power or power replace effect . . . but it wouldn't scale, would have the wrong stat bonuses, etc

    But yeah I'm pretty sure I heard someone in co-alition say it dropped for them. I don't know if they meant for it to be dropping again or not though.
