Dual Soul Vortex ?

Does anyone know if these devices, Soul Vortex, have shared cooldowns if two are equipped?

They aren't legacy devices. I don't want to risk binding two of them to the same toon if they have a shared cooldown.

    Just got to test this myself.

    You can equip multiple devices.
    Each has its own cooldown, too.

    Yay!

    Considering that their output is bad, I'm glad this is the case. Now to get a couple more for my toons that have one already.

    It does little damage, and has a slight pull effect.
    It is however, a cool device to use thematically. Likewise for the legacy shadow rift device: it combines the VFX for shadow embrace with the ebon void. Looks like tendrils coming out of a cloud over your enemies.
