help with gameplay tech thing

I am having issue with a bad latency in game. i did contacted the support about it before but didnt much help me out. i use Windows 7 64 bit and i use a switch to my place of where i live in. i dont control the router of the place where i live. Most of my mmo games like Elder Scrolls Online, Guild Wars 2 and Star wars mmo has no issues with latency of being bad like Champions online. I also know its not my operating system because i own great graphic card and other things. I just find it weird that other mmos that are listed runs so smoothly but Champions online at times get a really bad lag. So if a tech knows what i can do make champions online like my other mmos to have no issues please reply in post. ^ ^
