Best buffs for a gadgeteer?

I'm making a ranged guy that goes pewpewpew with his blaster pistol a little bit of pshfwwwuuuummmmm with his laser sword. I wanna know what the best buffs and debuffs are for him. Thanks in advance!

    Chest Beam has a general debuff that works on everything, and its ranged. Unified Theory debuffs for particle dmg, but you'll need Particle Accelerator cause w/o the buff its an 8-sec cast- way too impractical normally. Laser Sword can also boost particle dmg w/ its debuff adv (though that makes it expensive).

    The UT and Accelerator thing takes too much commitment to a melee/energy sword build, imo, so I'd prob just stick to Chest Beam and/or Laser Sword's debuff- that is if you wanted to use PBR or the Exp Blaster as ur main spells.

    As far as passives: Targeting Computer, Quarry, Electric Form, and even Night Warrior (for stealthy_boomerang builds) can all work for Gadgeteering.
