Nemesis Mission: Prison Break broken

The nemesis will not move out of the prison cell, preventing the end battle from continuing. The mission cannot be completed, and will prevent future nemesis missions from occurring. Also, the nemesis perks are not updating when you defeat the minions. Ex. the Scaly perk still shows 2/10 after defeating 10 of those minions.

    Prison Break has been that way quite awhile.
    You just need to run it few times.
    Exit.
    Wait it to reset.
    Try again.
    Repeat.
    Compleating all the tasks.
    Try switching minions to something else.

    Yay they broke another mission. This is the first time I've done it in awhile. Worked the last time I tried.
