Alright, here's a new Magical Girl build I came up with to justify the fact that I bought the costume set. <_< The energy builder is a bit of a Sailor Moon reference.

So far, (level 12) It's seems to do pretty well, but I'm not sure how well it'll hold up later. So, I'd certainly appreciate any advice you can give me.

I picked Field Surge because it's buffed by Compassion, but I'm not sure if MD is the right choice as a second AD or if I should go with Unbreakable. Should I even use a second AD if I'm not stacking INT?

Primal Sigils + Invocation of Storm Calling seems to be a good combination so far, but I don't know how well Eldritch Blast stands up as a primary single target attack. Should I have gotten another attack instead of Attack Toys?

Is there anything I should be getting earlier in the build? Anything I should be replacing?

    You have AoPM and MSA, which are a great fit for Int PSS (INT/Dex/Con SS setup would be what I recommend). Ya should use Concentration or Manipulator then (Eldritch Blast stacks Manip very fast, but that's just single-target). The boost Pres gives to heals can be mostly covered by getting it to 70; its additive bonus to healing greatly drops off after that. Since you have AoPM, that means ya dun really need to stat Pres at all (though ya can get extra +heal% mods in offense gear if you really want more). If ya wanna make Field Surge better, just rank it up. I'd prob keep MD regardless cause its good un-ranked.

    Storm Invocation is also rather.. um.. weak. Unless its for theme I'd prob drop it for a different AoE. I would also prob take Conviction to rank3 instead.

    Jewel Peach looks like a cool build, although not a leveling one. Force Cascade is always fun.

    And yeah, Int + AoPM is always fun, but I wanted to push my PRE up high because the team bonus from AoPM scales with it. MSA was just there because I couldn't think of anything better.

    I haven't noticed IoSC to be weak yet, but I've only done one alert so far, a grab, so I've mostly been going by the much weaker mission content. The debuff seems to synergize pretty well with the sigils. What would you suggest as a replacement?

    Well, I'm not really sure what you'd cut off for the theme/concept, since there are many good AoEs: Hurricane, Lightning Storm, Avalanche, Conflag, Pyre, Storm/Torrent of Arrows, Ricochet Throw, Lead Tempest, EotS, Sword Cyclone, Shuriken Storm, Brimstone, TK Burst, TK Maelstrom, Tremor, Quicksand, Epidemic, Skarn's. Sparkstorm's toggle could also be pretty good if ur close range and can micro-manage it (or even just regular r3 Sparkstorm, which isn't great dps, but still better than IoSC and about as easy to use).

    IoSC is nice as an easy to use repel + debuff- main problem is its actual DPS is very low. The DoT advantage helps a lil bit. You could still do fine w/ it, but the primal sigils would likely still be doing most of the AoE dmg, and that kinda sucks cause they are on a cd, immobile, crit-disabled, and destructible (though they are good overall, they have their drawbacks).
