Manipulator, The Picky Form Part II: The Sequel

So last year I compiled a list of powers that wasn't granting Manipulator stacks, hoping the devs would take notice and provide us with a fix:

I promised myself I wouldn't put forth the effort again, but I'm also tired of avoiding Manipulator builds because of it's power limitations. So here's my second crack at helping the devs...

POWERS THAT DO NOT GRANT MANIPULATOR STACKS
- Avalanche (ice cage/root)
- Condemn (stun advantage)
- Devour Essence (root advantage)
- Ego Blade Frenzy (root advantage)
- Fault Line (root advantage)
- Hex of Suffering (Rank 2 and root advantage combined) Note: Root advantage works fine w/o Rank 2
- Ice Burst (paralyze advantage)
- Inexorable Tides (root advantage)
- Psychic Vortex (stun advantage)
- Shadow Blast (stun advantage)
- Skarn's Bane (root advantage)
- Snow Storm (ice cage/root)
- Sonic Device (stun)
- Storm of Arrows (root advantage)
- Thunderbolt Lunge (root and stun advantage)
- Thunderstrike (root advantage)
- Vapor Form (ice cage/root)
- Vengeance (paralyze advantage)
- Venomous Breath (stun advantage)

The list is definitely less than last time, so not everything was left unfixed. I admit some powers may be trivial, but others, like Thunderbolt Lunge, should have made the cut. If you feel any of the powers listed should not proc Manipulator, feel free to leave feedback as to why.

Same. Thunderbolt Lunge is just a theme preference of mine. It's funny they missed it seeing how it's the one lunge with the most CC attached to it (root and stun). I also have a build I've been dying to try Sonic Device with. As of right now, I have one Manipulator build and it uses Hex of Suffering. It's annoying I can't rank it up to 2 because of the glitch (only grants stacks with rank 1). Although there's only a few powers on that list that I've been waiting on, I figured it would be wise to submit them all in case I want to try something else down the road.

I want sonic device too. That is strange about thunderbolt lunge. I wonder how they missed these powers with the patch?!?
