Form of the Swordsman: Cut Where It Counts

After logging in or area transitioning, Form of the Swordsman must be reactivated for the Cut Where It Counts advantage to work. My Blade doesn't like having to wave a trout around any more than is necessary. Maybe.

    No wonder I never noticed any trauma effect after leaving the power house. I just thought it was useless in comparison to other powers with trauma. So it must be a required to activate to apply the effect.
