Compssion doesn't stack

At one of my characters - sometimes "Compassion" doesn't grow continuous time, enough to expire whole 20 secs & wear off. Although green values from "Arcane Vitality" shown constantly, from healing teammates & their pets. Meanwhile, description said it triggers "whenever you heal an ally"? But they constantly recieve heal, but "Compassion" works glitchy! How can that be?

Do the ticks happen when they are already at max health? If so it doesn't proc if there is not actual healing. Please be more specific about what area you are using it in, if it is in battle and if you are using it on someone who is already receiving healing from another source more powerful than your own healing.

Either that or chances are that Arcane Vitality doesn't proc Compassion properly at all. Forms have been known to not work with specific powers because of some insane logic of how to categorize valid powers.

Right, overhealing or lag (when another healing source slightly beats yours to the punch) will not usually proc Compassion on you.

I find when soloing w/ Sentinel Aura and Compassion, there is a small threshold for what the game considers sig enough dmg to count as a proc. Healing very small dmg doesn't always proc it, so I can go whole fights w/o seeing >1 stack. It may be that at least 1% health is a cutoff for it to trigger, or perhaps its just a flat value- I'm not too sure.

Arcane Vitality seemingly doesn't proc Compassion, if it heals other enemies near selected target, but not target itself. I.e. player must select Tank, who constantly recieve damage, but even then it sometimes works glitchy. It procs always if used for self-healing, but yes - sometimes healing very small damage doesn't proc. Or it doesn't proc, if target become full health instantly after first healing tick. E.g. it has 7200/8000 health. If av's tick has 600 strength it will be 7800/8000 & Compassion stacks. If av's tick is 1000, it will be 8000/8000 & Compassion will not proc. Although as l saw "Rebuke" proced, although dished out one great healing tick.
