1)The first issue begins with logging in to manage your subscriptions and cookies.
I try to upgrade my account to Gold status,but when I try to log in with my account information,it keeps saying that I need to enable cookies which I did a lot of times,and it still denied me access to my subscription account.What am I missing,and what must I do to get to my account so that I may get past the log in screen and upgrade my account to Gold?
2)After trying several times to log into my account to upgrade it to Gold,I cant play the regular game at all and it reads I have attempted to log in too many times,and it says to try again later..how can I fix that,or how long must I wait before I can log into the game itself again?
Why must it be so painfully hard to upgrade your account to Gold?What must I do.Please help : )
