Powers locking, even though

I never left the PH. At lvl 40, it's 500+ global to respec your toon through the Power House trainers. I've now spent 1,000+ global, because, if I log out, -IN- the Power House still, when I log back on, my powers are locked! Bug ticket ID #2,473,951. I reported this to the GMs, but, they told me basically "Sorry to hear that, fill out a bug report". What about giving me a respec token, or something, so I don't have to spend yet -ANOTHER- 500+G to try and get my build precisely where I want it?

If you file a ticket through the Support button on the arcgame website, you can get things worked out through there.

File the bug under Category Customer Support - Points and Rewards and mention about your "character's power and advantage points locking by logging out instead of leaving the powerhouse" and "this is not working as intended since the game only locks points spent on powers by leaving the powerhouse".

If they come back stating that they cannot undo the locking, request the number of Globals it would take to remove all your powers and points. They usually reimburse you what you need to get it fixed. Be sure to calculate the EXACT amount of how much you need including the 50G for the Stat Removal.

And this is why I write out my builds on Powerhouse, and if I'm unhappy I reset to zero and fiddle. This bug has been around WAY too long.
