Looking for Active, Mature RPSG

hello, i have been trying to get back into CO and stay here when it occurred to me one of my issues is that up till now i solo almost everything i do.
while not bad in itself it gets boring being by myself all the time, while simultaneously defeating the purpose of being an MMO in the first place (if you were meant to solo everything why not just make a single player game instead?)
it occurred to me that i might have much more fun with the place if i could find a supergroup to roll with, so i figured i would try my luck here and see if i can find anything or anyone that would be willing to work with me, i did a search through the forums for existing ones but its difficult to tell who is actually still around these days and some of these posts are a year old or more.
i am looking for an SG which has medium to heavy roleplay, its one of my primary motivators for most MMO's since eventually gameplay mechanics will run stale (or just run out) but your interactions with the other players (and ergo, the stories you tell as a result of those interactions) by far make it more interesting, as far as roleplay experience goes i have engaged in rp across a wide variety of environments from forums, MUDS, other MMO's and for the past one or two years, tabletop as well, i tend to prefer to do a few characters and refine them over time or stick to them but i am willing to do one shots briefly (for example, if a given roleplay needs someone to play a villain, i could play a villain or henchman or some such for the duration of said rp as long as an acceptable excuse was found to explain why my character wouldnt have been present or available to deal with such an issue)
i would much prefer a mature guild as i tend to find it can make for more interesting and compelling storylines that way, while i prefer a more serious environment i am still capable of very silly and lulzy activities (and i have a few stories to back that up)
i am capable of using VOIP programs like skype, teamspeak or raidcall but i usually prefer to keep such things to circumstances where it is necessary (such as very fast paced pvp and the like) as i find using text for roleplay makes it easier and more practical to go into better detail and to better fill a role.
i currently only have one character i intend to rp with much (i may get more over time but i cannot comment one way or another on that as of yet) and if anyone wishes to talk to me i can discuss specifics regarding said character and the way it could fit into an rp later, i AM willing to be flexible and make modifications here and there to make it more suitable or acceptable to an SG depending on what you have in mind.
to be brief the character in question is supposed to be someone who is a prime example of a human being but is otherwise an ordinary human being who contends with supers via equipment and his suit (much like say, iron man or batman or such), an experienced and grizzled super soldier type who has been fighting supervillain forces for some time but finds himself in difficult circumstances now.
i am willing to engage in PVP and it would be nice to do every now and then but it is otherwise not a HUGE focus of mine, conversely i would love it if i had people i could run PvE content with, even if some of it was intended to be soloed having friends makes it go faster (and indeed with others i can do alot more that otherwise i wouldnt be able to)
assuming i understand how the whisper command works (i have played CO before but left and am now trying to get back in) you can reach me via @feodrichwescott while i am ingame or feodrich via steam (i have a skype but i only like to hand it out after i've had at least one conversation with someone), i would provide hours i am available but i can keep odd hours, it is usually most likely to find me anywhere in the hours of noon to midnight MST.
if there are any details i should have listed (which i have not) or if someone wishes to talk to me in this regard at all i would appreciate that,
