Long story short im trying to put together a character that uses sorcery and unarmed but so far I just cant seem to get it to mesh quite right. Anyone able to help me plan out a decent build for such a concept?

When I read your post, the first thing I thought about was the synergy between 'Night Warrior" and Sigils. First of all "Night Warrior" buffs the damage of all your attacks, including the sigils. Also, summoning sigils doesn't break night warrior stealth. So in short - you can sneak in the middle of enemies, summon both sigils. Then stealth strike the Villain and clean up the mobs.
Here's a build idea I came up with... I might actually try this one myself.
Specializations: Dexterity:Gear Utilization(3/3) Dexterity:Brush It Off(2/2) Dexterity:Deadly Aim(3/3) Dexterity:Expose Weakness(2/2) Guardian:Fortified Gear(3/3) Guardian:Ruthless(2/2) Guardian:Retribution(2/2) Guardian:The Best Defense(3/3) Vindicator:Aggressive Stance(2/2) Vindicator:Merciless(3/3) Vindicator:The Rush of Battle(3/3) Vindicator:Modified Gear(2/2) Mastery:Dexterity Mastery(1/1)
It's important to note that mobs labeled Tough and Elite see through stealth. In those cases, just let a tankier teammate go first.
But pretty much you are debuffing mobs and doing a great deal of damage. Your also pretty self sustaining heal wise. Don't be surprised if you draw a lot of aggro in early levels, especially in Alerts. Night Warriors damage buff is pretty hefty.
That's actually a pretty decent build. Night Warrior is the correct passive to use.
Couple of minor tweaks so far though:
1. Masterful Dodge doesn't need to be ranked.
2. You want r3 in your main attacks unless the adv. adds something specifically needed for the build to be successful.
3. With DEX primary, I would always take Form of the Tempest in this kind of build.
4. 2 sets of sigils might be pushing it. I do like Sigils of the Primal Storm in this build though...the other option I would take would be Sigils of Radiant Sanctuary for the "Smoke and Mirrors" stealth effect.
The main problem I see with Magic in this case, is it is better filled by other means, like Lightning Storm, Ebon Attacks, or even Infernal abilities. Other than sigils, I don't really feel the the Magic set has all the lights and flash that I would like to see.
