Okay, The Crit Chance I understand, but what does Aggression Stealth Strength incorporate anyway, what does it affect, does that make Night Warrior better or what? I'm uncertain.
Want to get to know me a bit better, Click me and take a read of My Dragon Profile Page, it's a bit dated but still relevant.

I take this quote from a review that I agree with.

"customisation is so linear; everyone is after the optimal dps:survivability ratio with 0 reliance on other players = autonomous gameplay... Players don't need each other anymore... which in my opinion is a bad thing."

    The (old) wiki tells you.
    Aggression Stealth
Once a player enters a hostile NPC's Aggression radius, the NPC will begin to attack, and will call any linked NPCs to help. Aggression Stealth reduces this radius, allowing a player to approach closer without being attacked. The Statistic Dexterity increases Aggression Stealth.

I was told this stealth however doesn't work for alerts or rampage enemies.

That's because they're "(though)" enemys, in 5-Man Lairs they ignore it aswell. They're basicly made to not sneak by, ok in lairs i guess but uselss for stealth characters in alerts.
