Lost subscription after one day.

I've recently bought the gold membership for one month subscription last night, got the Gold Membership. Tonight, I logged onto CO, and it said my account is Silver. Right now, I am sincerely upset that I have been ripped off from whoever took my money.

    First of all...if you have more than one account then check all before anything. You may have not checked the account that subbed ( this happens more than you think).

    If nothing then contact support. I had a bit of a problem and was so hesitant to contact support that I left the problem for months. I contacted them last week and it was fixed in less that 24 hours.

    Try to show some proof that you bought gold......bank statement or something. That will speed things along.
