    It's been mention in one of the PTS builds the drop rate will be greatly reduced when LI returns as a rampage.

    The drop rate of it has been lowered to be similar to that of Gravitar's Haute Couture before it was trivialized. So 2% maybe.

    Being able to farm for actual vehicles at a reasonable rate is apparently not reasonable despite it being the worst one in the game. Aside from the Leopard, of course.
