Yeah. And by the way. Why do you die when you loose a duel ?
I mean no other mmo does that, there's no reason for it or anything. Why. Is it just because no one could find how to work around the "when your hp reaches 0 --> you die" ? A duel is supposed to be friendly and all. Here you just kill your opponent and his lifeless body soon vanishes into nothingness.. And remember we're superheroes. How would you react if Superman just tore Wonder Woman apart before your eyes and acted like "woohoo I won" ? Well as soon as she comes back running at supersonic speed from the hospital I bet it's fine, but still. Doesn't feel right.

Lets get real for a second. Before we can start asking why heroes "die" at the end of a duel, we first need to explain wtf this "respawn" thing is.

These things exist because some players want them, not as an outgrowth of the setting. If you need for your PC to have a sense of accomplishment by doing these things. perhaps you could treat the scenarios as some type of simulation, like recreational holograms or a danger-room training exercise.
Mind you, I apply the same mindset to Club Caprice, too.

I blame the dev's. When they give enough of a **** about PvP to fix it, then I'll queue.
As for that ubtri guy, please don't derail an innocent thread into "cryptic socks, I'm the best and screw y'all blah blah blah".. Real, it seems like people, even if they don't like how the game is done, can't restrain from coming here and telling everyone. Just go, if you're the best well congrats ! Now move on.
