Nanite/tech versions of Arcane vitality/Vala's light, etc.

Most of my support characters follow a somewhat sorcery theme and these powers fit for them, but it's a little weird for my gadgeteering hero to call upon arcane forces for these types of heals. Would be nice to see a matrix-field/nanite surge cone heal or something similar, that just gives off a more science-funded feel. Can probably take some effect cues from Fatal Error and Whiteout...

Yeah, something like Sonic Blaster w/ Refraction of Sound in terms of theme would fit well- though ofc not as an end build itself, but as a charge-able cone heal.
