Wrapped Scarf bug - and the work around

I found out (the hard way) that thanks to getting the archery costume one can no longer access the drop down menu that allows you to color the bottom half of wrapped scarfs (you know the very long flowing ones) IF you picked something like a jacket or such under chest layers in the tights and skins section. It's replaced by a belt feature for belt archery quivers instead.

The way around this is under chest layers in tights and skins section pick "none". proceed to color you scarf section normally. then re-pick the chest layer selected afterwards. That's how I got around this bug.

It's clear that either things need to be rearranged (say, Bracers go into the Hands category) or that CO's tailor is in ABSOLUTELY DIRE need of a scrollbar for when things get long.

It's not a bug with the wrapped scarf, the bonelist lacks a scrollbar so you can run the list off the page. It's been doable for some time with other combinations.

Another workaround is having an xbox controller, you can use the dpad to click down.
