Buying Zen problem??

I've tried 3 different cards and every one fails. Is there an issue with the site when trying to purchase Zen, or is there a higher power preventing me from throwing my money at Cryptic?

If you are using a credit card, usually it must be listed on your account.

next, your details must match the banks details EXACTLY.

st for street will make it reject.

You need to get the exact name and address details from your bank before loading the card.

I've had no problems with Ultimate Game cards- except for the currency con version fee and exchange rate. I'm in Australia

PWE card , no problems. What is on the card is what you get.

I've never kept a CC registered on my account and have made many purchases before. Not doing anything different this time.

Only thing i noticed recently, was that the 'Current Balance ZEN' didn't show amount until i went to 'Transfer ZEN' option.
And it gave huge string of text about 'if the ZEN isn't showing..blaablaa...contact...blaablaa...'.
Which never happened before.
And i'm using credit card.

I think it's a random bug. There's been times the site lets me use the CC, but other times I had to use Pay Pal (trying anything to get it to work). I just tried with my CC again, failed. Used PayPal with the same CC and it worked. I got my Zen, Cryptic haz my money. All is right with the world.
