I can tell you micro-munitions+avalanche+stormbringer as your passive will kill not just trash but anything fast.
You could use Stormbringer as your passive, which boosts Crushing, Cold and Electric damage. That way, you can take both Wind and Electricity if you like.
The most notable attacks in Wind are probably...
Hurricane- a wide radius pbaoe with moderate DPS
Typhoon- long ranged cylindrical aoe charged alpha strike
In Electricity...
Lightning Arc- long ranged single target high DPS maintain
Lightning Storm- ranged aoe high DPS maintain
Gigabolt- long ranged cylindrical aoe tapspam/charged alpha strike
Ball Lightning + Triplicity- used to apply Negative Ions
Sparkstorm + Electric Personality- pbaoe toggle with knockback
Other notable attacks...
Ice Blast + Hard Frost- long ranged single target high DPS tapspam (on Chilled target)
Invocation of Storm Calling- pbaoe maintain that debuffs Energy (elec, sonic, particle) resistance for a few seconds, then hits everything with a lightning bolt. Often just used for a tap debuff.
Sigils of the Primal Storm- spawns 5 sigils that deal Electricity damage to nearby targets
Be careful not to take powers that overlap in purpose. There's not much point in taking Hurricane if you already have Lightning Storm for example.
My favorite is a hybrid role with Invulnerability, Plasma Beam, Minigun and Micro Munitions.
Sure, you could go with an offensive passive but frankly it's overkill. If you want to take out hordes of trash mobs, Invulnerability makes their damage trivial while those PA toggles will melt them before us poor Might players can charge a single Haymaker.

| The Phoenix - A Fiery Jack of All Trades | The Nightmare - Dark Summoner | The Ranger - Archery/DB DPS |
| The Packleader - Bestial Petmaster |
Three good attacks, each one with a different function, all maintains that synergizes with the energy unlock and the spec trees.
A glass cannon build for sure
