I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, when you kill Kiga the highest DPSing team gets the drops and everyone else gets nothing...This needs to change, why should only the highest DPSing team get the good from kiga, eh? why not make it a random chance for every member that has damaged him, just seems more fair that way around.

Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?
I agree some tweaks need to be made, but your solution isn't "fair" IMHO...Team A does 90 percent of the damage, Team B does 7 percent and team C does 3 percent, but Team C potentially gets better loot than Team A? I see nothing fair about that. I think every team should get something, but the value of the loot should be proportional to damage done.
He Drops Kigatilik Head (which is a Facepaint) and Kigatilik Back (his totally not Foreign Sons-Voodoo Back)
If you ask me, THEY DON'T WORTH ALL THIS TROUBLE! Just look at them, pretty horrible common-looking
The Facepains looks like something the Costume Creator had by Default (LIKE BRONZE KING'S COSTUME PIECES, half of them are Free the rest of them are his drops... why)
and a Box of Questionite... sometimes... if you are in a team...
Before Alerts, he used to drop REALLY GOOD GEAR!

My suggestion may not be prefect, but it's better than the current situation, which is the highest DPSing team gets access to the loot...which has resulted in high end (15K+ per second) DPSers getting into a team, buffing each other with dsyrda(however you spell it) gas and then summoning 5 backups, while it's not the same people every time(is has been for the past 5 spawns) it's annoying and robbing the chance from everyone that isn't a DPS, gas using, backup equipped damage monster the chance to get the costume pieces, I mean come on, it's hard enough to even be there when kiga spawns due to his 6 hour timer, the fact that you have to out DPS every other team there to even get a CHANCE of getting the costume pieces does not make this any easier, if anything it's frustrating and induces more than a little unnecessary stress for those that are not DPS monsters and wanting to get the costume pieces, aka tanks, support, healers and stealth users.
Hell there is a similar problem with forum malvum, everyone knows what I'm talking about, to get past the ironclad and what's-his-face fight you need ungodly levels of DPS....what is it with cryptic and making certain things "DPS access only" eh, there's nothing like that for any other build type so why give DPS the damn special treatment, eh?

- Significantly reduced timer on world bosses.
- Public raid you can join when a boss is up. (as in a group of 20 people)
- Raid frames instead of the icky, massive party frames we have now.
- The ability to /join <raid leader> from anywhere in the game.
- MUCH better drops.
- Bosses are actually scary instead of HP sacks.
- Rewards partially based on contribution and partially on showing up. (Loot rolling similar to WAR oRvR where you get a bonus to your roll based on how much you contributed.)
- Support and tanking to count for contribution.
- Ability to opt out of highest tier rewards.
- Actually having enough rewards for tiers.
- Significantly reduced timer on world bosses.

-Yes
-Nobody would use it
-What does that even mean?
-Again nobody would use it
-Yes
-Much needed
-Only if it's carefully balanced
-Yes....even though most world bosses are dead within one minute
-Good idea.....doubt anyone would use it though, people are just plain greedy
-All of the yes

Picture this: You're sitting around in RenCen because that's what all the cool people do. Suddenly, you see "Kiga up. Join on me." You right click that person's name and join their open raid. Then, you use your team TP to magically warp right to the action. Or the raid leader gives you a free ride with their team summon.
Raid frames normally only have HP, Buffs, and De-buffs. They use up MUCH less screen space than party frames. It's 2014. There is no reason to ever have party frames for anything ever.

As nice as that would be, people don't exsailty call out when kiga is up or is coming up soon, on top of that getting people to work together in CO is neigh on impossible except in the areas where you're forced to (alerts and nemcon) and I personally feel the main reason for this is that the FF builds people can make just butcher what little challenge the game provides, seriously the game laughably easy for a half decent FF build to solo, so simply put if they did make world bosses dangerous (as in they can actually put up a challange) then more people would team up to take them on, thusly making your idea more likely to actually...well, work.

There are people in the community who do call out when world bosses are up and will form teams for it. There are also people in the community who farm the world bosses and don't like to include filthy outsiders.
Some people will group together because it's fun, ease of content or not. That there are so many people unwilling to group up with others for things is a problem with the attitudes of the community not that the game is too easy or too hard.
