I've avoided the INT capstone spec since I just don't know what good it does. It seems, from the vague description, that it boosts all non super stats but doesn't give you any of the helpful bonuses you might want from those stats. Can anyone explain the point to me? For example, if it boosts your Dex but doesn't raise your crit chance, what's the point?
You get the normal benefits of those stats - if you don't have dex superstatted, int mastery will give you more dex, which will give you more crit chance.
So, if you've also got the int spec that increases the bonuses from your non-super-stats, this can be a usable choice. I'm not convinced it's a good choice even then, but I suppose it depends on what you're comparing it to. If your other choices are, say, vindicator & warden mastery, and you're using a purely ranged build, then int mastery would probably be the way to go.
Getting Aura of Primal Majesty with this spec really make your bonuses insane! if you aren't statting Str, than that knock resist bonus goes higher as well as Melee damage. Even higher Endurance and Equilibrium. More hold resist or cost reduction. Simply boosts any effects of SS that you didn't choose.
