Review of energy unlocks

I'm thinking maybe it's time to take another look at energy unlocks. Rather than being keyed to power trees maybe just have them all tuned to how powers trigger. Already Overdrive (I think that's the one from power armor) just triggers from any toggle or maintain and we already have one that triggers from any cooldown regardless of which tree the power is from.

So I'm thinking do away with all the "only from this power tree/set" and replace them with:

-Any time you fully charge a power (blast or melee)
-Any time you crit (range or melee)
-Any time you hit 3 or more with an AOE (range or melee)
-Any time you apply a DOT or debuff, more energy returned per target effected.

Keep:
Any time you maintain/toggle a power for half it's charge or duration (Overdrive)
Any time a power comes off a cool down (Molecular Self-Assembly)




New effects for old powers

More EXP for Adventure Packs please.

    Overdrive is supposed to trigger from any maintain, however, it actually only triggers from some of them.

    if they make changes to energy unlocks I'd rather see them do ALL of the following:

    Add more specialized EUs (there should be one for every powerset mechanic IMO)
    Add more general purpose EUs (Not every build can use specialized EUs or proc the existing general puropse EUs)
    Make Overdrive Apply & Refresh it's stacks when triggered (Personally I'd like to see it give a small burst upon applying or refreshing a stack & trigger off maintain X seconds rather than half duration, but I'd be happy with just adding stack refreshing)
