xmpp: SSL Handshake Failed?

I was using an XMPP to track the channel activity in my SG so I could be more up to date when it came time to log in. This morning, I got an error "SSL Handshake Failed". Does anyone know what happened there?

    Yes its a standard outage and they are working on it the official thread can be found here:

    Its actually kind of cool people are chatting about how tis feature has made PWE the mmo company of choice for lots of people. If this thread had been on STO or NW I don't thing the response would have been as positive.

    Also in my experience the Xmpp outages have been pretty short so its pretty relyable.
    I just wish that NW awarded it to people buying the big 60$ or 200$ packs as its kinda awkward telling NW people you have to play CO or STO to get this feature.

    but then again id love to see GATEWAY and FOUNDRY features for CO also... one can dream.
