Gigabolt Spamming build

Hey all :biggrin: , newby here, looking for help with a build I recently put together.

I saw some of this on another post on the forums and tweaked a little to my liking but im not sure about alot of things, talents, specializations, gear mods so please play around with it for me you guys C:

For starts this was made on the PTS if anyone could tweak it pvp wise/pve wise that would rock, I got vigilantes secondary and legion gears primary, ( helm of speed, plate of agi, glove of prescision ) with a total of 4 rank 7 CON mods, 2 Rank 7 END mods, 2 rank 7 crit strike mods , 2 rank 7 cooldown mods and 2 rank7 dodge chance mods.

So if any pro builder out there could adjust this thing for me that be grate C:

Ok nothing pro here and no PvP advice, but I do have a few suggestions:

-TALENTS:
>field ops training nets you the same amount of SS (8 overall) but 3 additional EGO and 2 REC.

-SPECS:
>you already get high Offense from Warden/Guardian so try Outburst instead of Power Overwhelming. For fully charged Gigabolt it is a must!
>END mastery not Guardian since you do not have any blasts.

-POWERS:
>Lightning Arc R3 instead of R2+adv. I do not see any hold to take advantage of the advantage.

>Ball Lightning with Triplicity instead of Lightning Storm for more Ionic Reverberation procs. Addittionally in-between Gigabolts you are probably using Lightning Arc anyway.
