Cars on City Streets

What happened to all the cars that used to drive along the city streets? I can hear the background horns and such (naturally), but the streets have been empty.

Not liking it. It makes M. City feel as desolate as Metro or Gotham in DCUO.

Is this a bug from the Holiday Event being in, or something?

Cars were OP, they got nerfed.

Or it might have something to do with the 'Evil Traffic Light Of DoooooM!'.
The story goes that one lonely traffic light was possessed by some 'Dark and Terrible Force of Unspeakable Evil'. It caused the lonely light to mess up the whole traffic in Millennium City, trafficjams were miles long, spreading to all the roads in MC.
The 'Dark and Terrible Force of Unspeakable Evil' made the 'Evil Traffic Light Of DoooooM!' so powerful that there existed no hero so powerful that could do anything to clear the jammed cars. Busses weren't working, metro stopped running. People were stuck in Millennium City.
All the heroes locked in the Renaissance Center, unable to battle against the forces of 'Dark and Terrible Force of Unspeakable Evil'. World was in peril.
But, the forces of 'Norther Legion Of Cryptic' great, powerful and secret society of beings with powers of gods came down and removed the cars from the jammed up roads and began their battle against 'Evil Traffic Light Of DoooooM!' and it's master the 'Dark and Terrible Force of Unspeakable Evil'.

Or that the cars were removed because of the Winter Event.
But these are just stories and no one knows what really happened.

I've driven in Detroit in winter. It sucks. I don't blame the good citizens of Millennium City for not going out right now.

try around the north east side, theres usualy several roads worth of traffic jams there.
or alternatively, CN might be trying to get the cars to stop doing u turns and crashing into buildings
