Black Triangle Textures

I see them everywhere in Westside and Vibora Bay. They're ugly and I know its not my PC causing them. Whats the deal? Does anyone else see them?

    I know I get them when I set the Video Card Option to use direct X 11, resetting that option to Auto gets rid of them for me. Hope that helps.
