Krackle Aura Hand (Black) Problem

It seems to have way too many dots compared to the other ones, and even more dots than it seemed to have before it went live. This makes it almost one big black blob on your hands. It also seems to decrease in intensity in stages before disappearing when used in the "in combat" slot.
