Aggressor and Aspect of Bestial

Shouldn't Aggressor proc stacks when Aspect of Bestial is toggled? After all, Aspect is Enrage.

    The theory is it should, but never has. We've always presumed it was an oversight. Hopefully it will be rectified by the go-getters at Cryptic North.
