The questionite prices are now 80,000 questionite per aura. But yeah would be better if they were account unlocks.
Maybe LTS members can get additional free aura tokens for every character. Maybe each hideout purchase grants you 1 extra free aura token. Would be nice to have those free tokens earned other ways.

If auras were accountwide, there would be 0 reason for them to be on the store. I could simply grind legacy tokens by creating and deleting characters.

This is true. Only way around that I can think of would be to maybe have the ones you get with a the free token be bind to character and the ones you buy from the Q store be bind to account, perhaps make a second copy of each aura item so the Q store would have for example a [Legacy Fire Form Aura] which would bind to account and the Token store or whatever sell a [Free Legacy Fire Form Aura] that would bind to character
I hope they plan out an account-wide storage and slots. It seems like it can get expensive rather quickly otherwise. Even in just purchasing each of my characters one extra slot. Or maybe an extra aura slot as gold incentive?
I say stuff and I say things, sometimes together but only when I'm feeling adventurous.
The auras should NOT stay active during combat or they should be minimized/optimized while aggro is on. People get enough lag as it is during large-scale fights of 20 or more people.. without having to deal with 20 or more people with 4-10 auras on them at the same time.
No thanks whats the point of a aura if it switches of during combat
I think at least some auras should be in lockboxes. This is for the good of the game and not necessarily for the happiness of the players. Which of you didn't expect that some of them would end up in lockboxes anyway? Yeah.. thought so.
Pretty sure its been mentioned either here or in game that lock boxes are a possibility
Auras SHOULD NOT in any way mirror, look like or even cover the same areas as pre-order devices folks got back when the game first came out. This, of course, dilutes the fact that they received those devices during a time when they had to spend quite a bit of money to get them. We're talking head auras, arm auras and chest auras specifically. This is, once again, a veteran indicator and (I know I'm talking to a brick wall because nobody listened the last few times) it's going to really piss off people that have these devices that give them a sense of identity in the game. They were purchased with the knowledge that they were a limited-time item and only a few people would end up with them.
Let's not continue the war against your loyal long-time players.... mmkay?
As a loyal long-time player I have no problems with them putting the aura part of the pre order devices into the aura system as a option (they can slap in the hole device if they really want)
I wish they gave us the...cant remember...aura of primal majestry? The old bestial one that made you look like you had scales made of energy, it was perfect for one of my toons.
Or is it available and I just missed it?
Oh yes I remember it it was ace used it on my sand toon purely for the visual look.
The one improvement our aura system really needs is to do something with how they're claimed from Z-Store.
We need STO system where bound items may be claimed multiple times after they are purchased. Like it's done with their ships and veteran environmental suits.
All aura items should be bound to character on pick up, and then every aura should be possible to reclaim from cash store indefinitively.
It's the best solution for people with bazilion of alts.
For someone who has 20 or more alts, transferring aura via hideout bank is not a good way. It's a chore and it makes auras undesirable for this part of CO playerbase (it's a rather large one).
Making that those players can purchase aura and then claim it multiple times with every character on their account would be great.
If it's not possible to set it that way with Z-Store, maybe this functionality may be added to aura vendor? Buy aura from Z-Store and then claim it from NPC?
