Still noticed that One Hundred Hands does not proc the energy return from Overdrive.

    There's a lot of maintains that don't proc Overdrive. Someone put together a list a while ago. Hopefully it will get fixed.

    just out of curiosity, does the list contain powers that are only out of the tech tree? next question is it possible that its only for maintains in the tech tree?

    There's the list.

    Overdrive works for most of the maintain powers in the game; it even procs off devices with a maintain. No Martial Arts nor healing maintain works with Overdrive at the moment though... which is where a lot of flack comes from since they're popular powers that a lot of people take.
