Corrupt Mouse Pointer

The mouse pointer at becomes a long vertical strip of tiny triangles, then eventually gets lost completely. The only thing I had running the most recent time was Champions Online.

This happened before and after today's patch, Windows and my video card driver updated yesterday, maybe that's related.

AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series 1GB with ATI Catalyst Control Panel 13.9
8GB Windows 7 Version6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz, 2668 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

    Have you tried /softwarecursor 0 ?

    I know any problems I have with my mouse on CO, whether its mouse trails, freezes, or some strange UI bug, that command has helped me many times in the past.

    I just came back to the game after a long time away, and I am having this problem.

    I am running Windows 8 if that matters.

    Where would I put the /softwarecursor 0 in the Arc launcher?
