Hello, Leroy. I am not Cryptic North, just someone who works in the office.
I do not have an answer about the Nemesis system or the Foundry today. Voice acting is literally someone else's department.
Wheeled vehicles, though, I can talk about. We planned to do them. I think we even said we planned to do them. Then we went to make them and discovered that Champions lacks a critical bit of tech that the more recent games have. In Champions, if you stand on a slope, you are always completely vertical. We can't make ground vehicles hug the ground.
We could make a unicycle or a pogo stick, but bikes and cars are too big for a single connection point to the ground to look good.
Basically, if they tilted the way travel powers like Ooze Tunneling do, the front end would dig into the ground and the back end would shoot up into the air (or vice versa) every time you hit a little bump. The same holds true for mounts; they would be mechanically identical to cars or motorcycles.
Although I hear they have them over in Neverwinter. I'm assuming that they planned ahead for those, and built the models with the capability for multiple attachment points.

Typically the answer you will get for anything cool is "we don't have the tech for that." Cryptic will never hand over the money to co to upgrade to said tech, so we will be stuck with the same old, same old.
Wow, that's depressing, must have missed them saying that, as vehicles big draw to me was the idea that we might have our own police cruiser cars to patrol the city as cops, if we wanted, but land vehicles seem out of the picture for players...
And I keep on wanting to make a laser knight who would look just right to ride Robot Unicorn...
Ah well. It could be worse, I guess, we could Not have the vehicles we have.
And I suppose the current mechanics still allow for hovercopters, mini dragons, pegasi, and so on, should they choose to design and put those in.
