The Green Knight, A Regen Tank Build

Looking for a relatively Solo-friendly build around the 'Green Knight' theme (from the tales of yore). I'd like to use weapons of some kind, and have powers that compliment the idea of a defender of the Old Ways, etc. I've considered using other powersets to 'emulate' this concept, like Ego weaponry, but I'd like him to be fairly tough. Any advice, thoughts? Any help with this?

    The Green Knight does not have much to build on, however there are a few strong themes:

    1) a big axe (thus the Heavy Weapon powerset)
    2) regeneration (as in Regeneration passive, but also some other powers, Resurgence, in a sense Dark Transfusion, Nanobot Swarm and Rebirth)
    3) two appearences (this suggest a dual passive and dual role build).

    You can start in Melee Damage Role using Unstoppable, when you have too much aggro and start to succumb switch to Tank Role and Regeneration kicks in. You should hold the aggro and start regenerating health to operate at full strenght.
