Launcher Update November 4 2013?

Just got a patch and the Options Screen in the launcher is the first thing I checked.
NEW UI!

Also, i noticed that now instead of a white screen with black text saying "Loading. Please wait." it's a black screen with white text saying "Loading. Please wait."

It sure is taking a hell of a long time to load though...

I do get it if I open the launcher but it goes away after a minute or so

No slow loading for me.

yes mine went slow and just like SKcark, I'm in Australia.
when I tried loading NW's patch, so I could clear all my junk before I wipe characters.

it hogged all my bandwidth and froze CO, task manager showed 0 for CO but 1.1 MBPS for NW

yes that is the speed I have. It's better than it was
