Cant connect

i cant connect to support and the launcher wont load....it gets to 'Loading please wait' and then after a long while of that i get: Error -118 when loading url http://launcher.champions-online.com/launcher_login?version=1

Any ideas ? any at all ? i'm having issues connecting to other places too includeing CNN and my Hotmail

    And now i can - weird....must have been an internet hiccup.
