Gatling Gal

I decided that I wanted to make a high-end/team content DPS Build that didn't use Quarry, Guardicator, STR w/ Juggernaut, or Dodge/Avoid. I want this because of reasons.

So, I bring you Gatling Gal (who is either a bionic woman or an android, I haven't decided yet):

PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Name: Gatling Gal

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Savage
Level 6: Impresario
Level 9: Acrobat
Level 12: Quick Recovery
Level 15: Accurate
Level 18: Amazing Stamina
Level 21: Boundless Reserves

Powers:
Level 1: Steady Shot
Level 1: Shotgun Blast (Breaching Round, Nailed to the Ground)
Level 6: Holdout Shot (Stim Pack)
Level 8: Targeting Computer (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Gatling Gun (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 14: Killer Instinct
Level 17: Lock N Load
Level 20: Field Surge
Level 23: Retaliation (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 26: Inertial Dampening Field (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Frag Grenade (Rank 2, Incendiary Grenade)
Level 32: Smoke Grenade (Rank 2, Escape Artist)
Level 35: Sonic Device (Rank 2, Deafening Dissolution)
Level 38: Rebirth

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Acrobatics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35:

Specializations:
Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
Dexterity: Power Swell (2/2)
Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
Avenger: Ruthless (2/2)
Avenger: Anguish (2/2)
Avenger: Round 'em Up (3/3)
Avenger: Relentless Assault (3/3)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

Shotgun Blast was chosen because I needed a munitions attack power at that level and, since I intended for my Teddy Bear Gatling Gun to be my primary attack, I wanted something that at least had some utility to it so it wouldn't be completely redundant.

IDF is there because of my stat layout and the fact that I don't actually need an offensive toggle with Targeting Computer.

Pictures to come; comments and critiques are welcome.

I personally hate dodge and enjoy the lost art of face-tanking, so I say good on ya.

EDIT: I just took this build through an alert at level 20 for fun, and it completely destroyed it while I was able to run around like an idiot with pauses for opening up with the gatling gun. Much hilarity.

The smoke grenades were a good call, you might even want to get evasive manuevers + Sleight of mind. This build is the number one aggro-magnet in every alert I was in last night. You've got yourself a top damage dealer. If wipes entire spawns but also peels them right off the tanks.
